Our team and fleet of state-of-the-art equipment can clean your lot quickly, reliably, and without damaging your parking surfaces. We work hard to form a true partnership with our clients and provide them with cost-effective yet high-quality service.
We use a fleet of Nitehawk Raptor II hydraulic street sweepers. These advanced machines feature cutting edge technology, in-cab controls, and the vehicle brings with it a 5 cubic yard hopper for debris and garbage that allows us to clean even the biggest lots without having to stop to empty it.

Yes, we have smaller sweeping platforms that can fit inside of most parking garages.

How long have we been in business and where is our headquarters?
We have been in business for more than 30 years and our headquarters is located just to the north of Tampa in Hernando, FL. Our offices and garages throughout the state and region allow us to provide services as far north as GA and well into the south to include Miami-Dade County and Broward County.

Our parking lot sweeping and road sweeping services are available on both a one-time and ongoing basis. We offer contracted sweeping prices as low as $ 25.00 per sweep and on call services as low as $300.00 per service. We clean parking lots for some of the region’s largest shopping centers and retail stores and the rates for these types of contracts are highly customized. Countryside Property Maintenance is also able to provide competitive pricing to homeowner’s associations for private lot maintenance, repair and sweeping.
